Claudio Carnali, former owner of Da Paolo’s Ristorante, Il Gallo Nero Bar and Grill and now Buon Giorno.

Buon Giorno Ristorante Italiano has been a fixture in Calgary’s restaurant scene since it’s opening in  1987. Under new ownership since June 2016, the restaurant is now run by experienced restauranteur Claudio Carnali, his son Mike and his wife May.

With an atmosphere both rustic and inviting, and friendly staff to greet, seat and serve you, enjoy cozy Italian comfort food favourites like veal scallopini, lasagna, calamari and more at their best.
